Silas is a founding team member and shareholder of Complete Logistics Ltd. He has a total of 15 years' experience 6 of which is in the port industry which, along with his business management studies, brings a balanced approach to his management style.

Silas is a Master Logistician with a Bachelor of Business Management (Supply Chain) and currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Logistics.

Martin has worked in the shipping industry for more than 6 years. His career tracks through all facets of ship agency, logistics and Line Management.

He has strong experience working with customers in both breakbulk and containers.
